Where to Salute Deadpool's Pants in Fortnite

Everybody thought the Merc in the Mask challenges ended with the Yacht Party. However, Week 9 challenges proved them wrong. Turns out, our favorite mercenary of chaos is in a heap of laundry trouble. His hideout had been flooding for a while now, and he's running out of clothes. Players are tasked to find and salute Deadpool's pants, wherever they may be. Also, they have to find his shorts as well, due to the mentioned laundry problem.

The reward for completing these challenges is the X-Force Fortnite items skin. That's an alternate color scheme for the Deadpool skin. From red and black, the X-Force skin makes it black and white. That makes it resemble the merc's costume when he joined the eponymous team.

Without further ado, here are the locations of Deadpool's pants, as well as his shorts!

Deadpool Pants Locations

The first discovered location is the top of Hotel 23 in Sweaty Sands. On the roof of the tallest building in the resort, you'll find the pants tied to a flagpole and fluttering in the breeze. Walk up to it and do the salute emote, and you're done!

If you don't have the emote because you missed the chance to get it, clicking on the prompt that appears should make you do the emote. So don't worry and salute those pants.

Now, there are alternative places where you can find these pants. Say the storm already covered Sweaty Sands, you can still do the challenge at these other places.

●        E4: On the roof of The Agency

●        H1: Right in front of the Yacht

●        H4: Roof of the biggest warehouse in Dirty Docks

●        G7: At the summit of Mount Kay

Explore the island because there may be other undiscovered locations as well!

Where Are His Shorts?

You don't have to scour the whole island for the shorts. They're not there. What you need to do is visit Midas in the Agent's menu. You'll find Deadpool's shorts draped on the armchair that's behind the agent. Yup, his shorts are in the main menu, and not in the Battle Royale island. Tricky, isn't it?

Enjoy Your X-Force Skin!

Completing these two challenges should unlock the X-Force Fortnite items alternate coloration of the Deadpool skin. They're not likely to be available in the Fortnite item shop later, so take the opportunity to grab it! These challenges make it easy to wonder why Deadpool didn't just string up some lines to hang his laundry on. For that matter, why were his shorts in Midas's room?
