RUNESCAPE FISHING GUIDE

We all know that fishing is one of the core gathering skills in RuneScape. It naturally involves (surprise!) catching fish. But do you know how to effectively farm RuneScape Gold with it? Fishing levels allow for the utilization of different mechanisms of Fishing as well as the ability to catch a larger selection of fish, making it one of the more complicated skills to learn and to try making money off of. Furthermore, fishing is also a great way to replenish your health since caught fish may be cooked through the Cooking skill to create food which can be used to regain health lost during strenuous combat sessions.

Let’s take a look at how to make the most out of fishing with our RuneScape Fishing Guide.

Buy Outfits

Wearing components of the fishing outfit gives a boost in the amount of base experience gained while fishing. There are four pieces in the set: the hat, jacket, waders, and boots. These items can be purchased for 140 reward tokens each from the Fish Flingers mini-game. Altogether, the set’s pieces will cost you about 560 tokens. Be sure to wear all of the pieces to gain an additional set bonus effect!
Shark outfits are exceptional for fishing. Parts of shark outfits can be created from shark fragments which you can receive when fishing with at least level 70Fishing. You can then assemble the parts into an outfit when you reach level 80 at Fishing and level 20 at Invention. There are three shark outfits: the shark outfit, burnt shark outfit, and the tiger shark outfit. They all consist of a head slot, body slot, leg slot, hand slot, and feet slot. When wearing a complete version of any of these three outfits, you get to gain additional perks. One of which increases your chance of catching fish up to 5%. Plus, Living Rock creatures in the Living Rock Cavern will no longer behave aggressively towards you. Also, if you own a complete set of any of the three shark outfits, you will receive a 5% increase base experience effect while wearing it.

Summon Familiar

There are three Summoning familiars available which invisibly boost a player’s Fishing level when summoned are the granite crab, ibis, and granite lobster. This does not let you access higher-level content, but it will allow you to fish at a slightly faster rate. The granite lobster gives an additional benefit when foraging for raw sharks and swordfish while you’re fishing, and you will also be awarded 10% of the Fishing experience you would have received if you caught the fish yourself without summoning your familiar’s for help.

Use Perfect Juju Fishing Potions

When using a perfect juju fishing potion, it will increase your chance of catching a fish by 5%. Each dose of this potion lasts for about an hour. The potion can be bought from the Grand Exchange, but you can also opt to create these potions to alleviate costs. To create the perfect juju fishing potion, simply combine 10 harmony dustswith3 juju fishing potions. Take note that you can only create these if you are level 92 at Herblore.

Gather and Sell

If you have tons of fish lying around and don’t really know what to do with them, why not make a quick buck and sell some? After all, players need food to heal, thus making food (in this case, fish) a market with massive demand. We advise you to not sell your fish to general stores or stores, but instead to sell them to other players directly. The Grand Exchange and our items section here in our RuneScape page are the best places to sell fish for RuneScape Gold.

SOME APEX LEGENDS TIPS AND TRICKS YOU'LL BE GLAD TO KNOW

Apex Legends is all about constantly getting one up on your enemies. It's having the high ground; the advantage, so to speak. That's how you get all the Apex Legends currency you need, as well as getting to be the champion more often than not.

Here are some tips and tricks to improve your game and get the coveted champion spot more often.

Movement Tips

Sure, running with a holstered gun is much faster than when you're brandishing your firearm. However, the latter limits your actions as you can't shoot or heal yourself while doing so. Sliding is another quick movement, but it makes you vulnerable as your movements become rather easy to predict. So how do you move fast while avoiding all potential drawbacks?

You learn how to do the Bunny Hop. Here's a handy tutorial to help you learn how to do it. Basically, the Bunny Hop is all about maintaining the momentum of your slide, all the while being able to heal, shoot, and dodge.

There's also wall climbing, though there's no wall running. You can run and jump up to a wall or ledge so your character will scramble up. What's more, if you release the forward stick or button before the vault animation, your character will hang on the edge. From there, you can peek over and get a little scouting of what exactly it is you're getting into.

Don't be afraid to jump off cliffs and ledges! Fall damage is non-existent in this game. There are also balloons scattered about the map from which you can launch off. Just make sure to face where you want to go before you reach the top.

As the last tip for movement, all characters run at the same speed. Bigger or taller characters only have slower animations.

How to Snipe Better

Scopes have these tiny lines going to the bottom of the crosshair, and they have numbers beside it. They're there to help you aim. Say your target is 300m away (as will be indicated by the scope's distance sensor). You'll miss if you aim the center of the crosshair directly at it. That's when the small lines come in. If you line it up with the 3, you'll hit your target. So match the line with the leftmost number on the distance when you aim!

Throwing Grenades and Arc Stars

The path projection of Grenades and Arc Stars are 100% accurate. You can use them to hit enemies from a distance, especially if you run out of ammo or you simply don't have weapons about you. Grenades have a fuse time of 4 seconds that starts as soon as you throw them. Arc Stars have three, but don’t start until they hit something.

Some Guns Just Need the Right Mod

As an example, nobody likes the Prowler Burst PDW since it's a burst-fire gun. However, if you find (or already have) the Hop-up Selectfire Receiver mod, you can turn it into a fully automatic gun. With a now decent fire rate and heavy ammo, this unpopular gun can become one of your favorites. Other guns could be the same, especially those that aren't purple or golden.

Where to Drop First

Everybody wants the best weapons and armor, so it's should come as no surprise if people will either aim for the hot zone or the supply ship right from the get-go. It's up to you to weigh the risk and reward to decide where to drop first.

Another handy tip for looting is to look for those small bots roaming around the map. They'll give good loot and possibly even refill your ammo or shields. Looting other player's shields also refill yours. Lastly, the color of a defeated player's chest depends on the highest item grade among the stuff in their inventory. If it's gold, they have at least one gold item in their inventory. However, you don't know whether that item is a weapon, armor, or mod. At least you'll have an idea of which chest to prioritize.

You don't have to worry about attaching mods to your weapon as they automatically attach to compatible firearms. This happens whether you got the mod or the weapon first.

Use the Ping System

If you're not the type to use voice chat, the Ping System is your go-to communication tool. It's well thought out, as you can ping chests to let your team know where it is or whether it's been opened. You can even ping enemy positions or the weapon modification you need! Communication is key, and the Ping System is a useful tool for it.

Set Damage Numbers to Floating

Somehow, the game defaults to showing the cumulative damage you deal with the enemy. For players who prefer to keep track of just how much damage they’re dealing while caught in the fray, it's better to set it to ‘Floating' as it would show numbers for every hit you make.

Experiment with Your Character's Skills

Every character has a unique Active, Passive, and Ultimate skill. Mirage, for example, has skills that revolve around holograms. His active deploys a hologram that does the current action upon activation. It can be used as you drop into the arena to confuse enemies. Warning: Remember to warn your team first. Octane's ultimate, the Jump Pad, can be used to reveal enemies behind cover.

Passives mainly benefit the character itself, but may also benefit your team, as Lifeline's and Wraith's passives do.

It may take some experimentation, but creative use and out of the box thinking can surprise enemies. That can give you the edge you need to defeat them. Figure out counters for any strategy you do, since other players will start to copy good strategies.

And that's that! Pretty soon you'll find some more tutorials and resources (such as an Apex Legends Calculator for damage or value and whatnot). We hope you continue enjoying Apex Legends!

Apex Legends Bunny Hop Technique

If you can't beat them, join them! Many might consider bunny hopping an unfair trick, but the truth is that those are the cries of those who don't know how to do it. So here's how to get in on the bunny hop train and get those levels for your Apex Legends account.

What is Bunny Hopping?

It's a movement technique that maintains the momentum from a former action to clear distances faster. In other words, it's a more complicated but quicker way to move from point A to B. However, since you're not actually sprinting, you can do things that normally aren't allowed while you are. Take healing, for instance. With bunny hopping, you can get away from a skirmish, all while healing yourself. That's very useful if you ever get caught outside the safe zone, too!

It also makes you slightly harder to hit as you zip around the map. Bunny hopping gives you a rather erratic movement pattern. It's harder to predict, but not impossible. Other players would naturally have a harder time trying to hit a bunny hopper than a sprinter.

How to Bunny Hop

Executing the bunny hop in Apex is a little different than it is in CSGO. It's also something that will be easier to do with a keyboard and mouse rather than a controller. That being said, here are the steps of bunny hopping.

   1.       Start out with a sprint (for about two seconds)
   2.       Crouch slide
   3.       Jump (before the slide ends)
   4.       Strafe right as you look to the left
   5.       Jump as soon as you land
   6.       Strafe left as you look to the right
   7.       Repeat steps three to six until you want to stop

For a clearer explanation of the strafing, imagine a point in front of you. As you strafe and move, keep looking at that point.

To make it easier for keyboard and mouse users, bind the jump key to the wheel scroll. It eliminates the bit of guesswork in timing your jumps and losing your momentum. For controller users, the trigger buttons would be a good alternative, though your new control scheme will take some getting used to. If it gets you to bunny hop properly, though, it's worth it.

Also, you don't have to push W or move forward at all, aside from the initial sprint. That actually messes up the momentum built by your initial slide and ruin your hopping. The only movements you should do is the strafing, jumping, and looking left or right.

Practice Makes Perfect

Take the time to try and master the bunny hop in the training grounds. You're not going to be confident using it during battle if you're not actually good at it in practice. It looks easy on paper, but the practice is a whole other perspective. Once you're confident enough, you can try adding healing, throwing grenades, and even shooting as you bunny hop your way to victory.

So go and practice! Learning how to do this is only evening the odds. Getting it removed would be a bit difficult, because how would you go about removing it? Strafing and jumping aren't illegal moves, and it doesn't make sense to prohibit those actions. They can try slowing down the movement, but that will leave about half of the players frustrated. Sure it's an unintentional feature and looks like an unfair advantage. However, it's not like it's a secret forbidden technique.

Who's stopping you from learning it? Wouldn't it be fair if everybody knows how? At any rate, Respawn should tread carefully, lest they alienate many of their players. If they did remove this feature, and you want to quit, consider selling your account. You may use an Apex account calculator to get the most profit from your account. Let's hope it doesn't come to that point, though.

While it's still here, enjoy bunny hopping your way to ultimate victory!
