There are many bosses in OSRS, but there are some than can bag you a lot more gold than others.
There are a number of
bosses within Old School Runescape that could potentially make you rich. If you
are on the hunt for OSRS
Gold, then you may want to check out the following list of bosses that could
bank you a lot of money. There are several different bosses throughout the
popular MMO title, but some are more profitable than others. With that in mind,
here are the bosses you should consider fighting in the quest for gold.
General Graador
Whilst this maybe
the boss who earns a lesser amount compared to others on the list, there is
still a decent profit to be made. You can find the General in the God Wars
Dungeon, and if you are able to do it solo, you could earn up to a million OSRS
Gold per hour.
This might not be
possible solo for some players, so you may need to bring a team with you. Doing
so will however eat heavily into the profits that you make. Whatever you decide
to do, be sure to take a decent set of gear with you, and train your stats high.
The plan of action is to make sure to collect all of the drops from Graador.
This is because there is potential for the General to drop the Bandos
Chestplate ofr Bandos Tassets. By doing so, you could earn up to 20 million
OSRS Gold per hour.
Venenatis
From this spider-like
creature, you can expect to make a million Old School Runescape gold per hour, as with General Graador. The difference is, however, that Venenatis is much easier to kill. The
problem is, getting to Venenatis is a difficult task, since its located
in the wilderness, where it is easy for a player to come along and halt your
progress.
Once you do find her,
you can expect there to be regular drops, which is another downside compared to
the General, since there are no rare drops for you to get your hands on. Having
said that, you can take her on solo rather easily. If you have Karil's set,
then you should have no problem taking her down by yourself.
Giant Mole
The Giant Mole will
also net you a million per hour, but what sets it apart here is how easy it is
to beat. In fact, you will only need medium tier weapons and armour to be the
mole, and you can do it rather easily at lower levels.
You can find the
Giant Mole beneath the Falador Garden and the drops are consistent so you
won't need any luck here. The fact that its located near the bank is also
helpful, as you can get the highest amount of OSRS Gold per hour because of the
number of trips you could make.
Zilyana
Now we are moving on up when it comes to the Old School RS gold we make per hour. Zilyana isn't as easy as the previous bosses, but you can expect to make over 2 million OSRS Gold per hour. To overcome her, you are going to need high gear and stats, especially if you want to beat her solo. As with the General we discussed earlier, you could consider taking a team with you, but it will take away from the profits you make.
Perhaps more
importantly, the drops that Zilyana produces are very rare and can net you up
to 40 million Old School Runescape Gold per drop, so it's definitely worth your time taking her on.
Cerberus
Players who take on
the Cerberus could make slightly more per hour than Zilyana, with the range
coming in between 2-3 million per hour. To get this kill though, you are going
to once again need to have high skills and armour.
To take on this super boss, you will need to have either a Cerberus boss task or have a hellhound
Slayer task. Regardless of your approach, you should make at the very least 2
million Old School Runescape Gold per hour.
Dagannoth Kings
Shifting back to
easier bosses, the Dagannoth Kings shouldn't cause you too much of an issue,
and you get you up to 3 million Old School Runescape Gold per hour for slaying them. Altogether, you
have Dagannoth Rex, Dagannoth Supreme, and Dagannoth Prime. There are different
ways to kill each boss, which is something to keep in mind.
If you can get your
combat stats up to 80, then you should have no problem taking them on by
yourself. You will have to adjust your combat style for each, but that isn't
too difficult a task, considering they are rather easy bosses to defeat by
yourself. This also means that there is more chance for you to make the most
amount of Old School RS gold since you won't be needing a team in order to defeat them.
Vorkath
The best on the list
has to be Vorkath, who is considered to be the best singular boss in the game
for making money. With the exception of Raid bosses, Vorkath is your best
bet for moneymaking when it comes to fighting bosses.
In order to take on the dragon boss, you will need to have completed the Dragon Slayer 2 quest. By fighting Vorkath, you can earn up to 5 million Old School RS Gold per hour, and has a number of decent drops that you can make a packet from. With the Dragon Bones and Dragonhides being dropped, you will get around 64k in drops alone.
The bosses on this list are your best bet for earning or farming OSRS Gold. Some are more difficult than others, and you may have to sacrifice how much you earn by teaming up with others. Nevertheless, you will stand to make a lot of Old School RS gold per hour when you fight against these bosses. Get yourself to a high enough combat level, equip your best gear, and you will be rich in no time.
